               વર્ષ 2020-21 દરમ્યાન covid-19 ની પરિસ્થિતિમાં શાળાઓ બંધ રહેતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં જે અધ્યયન ક્ષતિ રહી જવા પામી છે તે જણાવવાના હેતુથી પ્રથમ સત્રાંત નિદાન કસોટી લેવામાં આવી. પોતાની શાળામાં કયા વિદ્યાર્થીને કયા વિષયનાં ક્યા લર્નિંગ આઉટકમમાં ક્ષતિ રહી ગયી છે તે નિદાન કસોટીના ગુણના આધારે જાણી શકાય છે. નિદાન કસોટીના ગુણની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીના આધારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં જે અધ્યયન ક્ષતિ (Learning loss) રહેલ છે તે જાણી અને તેને કયા વિષયના કયા લર્નિંગ આઉટકમમાં ઉપચાર કાર્યની જરૂરિયાત છે તે શિક્ષક અને આચાર્યશ્રી જાણી શકે અને તે પ્રમાણે આગામી સત્રના શિક્ષણ કાર્યનું આયોજન થઇ શકે તે આશયથી School Report Card અને Student Report Card ની સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ કરેલ છે. આપે Download કરેલ Student Report Card માં વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રાથમિક વિગતો જેમાં જિલ્લો-તાલુકો-ક્લસ્ટર-શાળાનું નામ UDISE CODE – CHILD UID- વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ જોવા મળશે.

Student Report Card માં વચ્ચેના ભાગમાં ACHIEVEMENT(S) અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીએ જે તે વિષયમાં જે પ્રશ્નમાં 40% કરતાં વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નક્રમ અને તે પ્રશ્ન સાથે જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ અને તે પ્રશ્નમાં મેળવેલ ગુણ અને તે પ્રશ્નના કુલ ગુણ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. એકથી વધુ પ્રશ્નમાં એક જ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ જોડાયેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નણે પ્રશ્ન નંબરની કોલમમાં સંયુક્ત રીતે દર્શાવેલ છે.

Student_Report Card માં નીચેના ભાગમાં REQUIRES REMEDIAL WORK અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીએ જે તે વિષયમાં જે પ્રશ્નમાં 40% કરતાં વધુ ઓછા ગુણ મેળવેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નક્રમ અને તે પ્રશ્ન સાથે જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ અને તે પ્રશ્નમાં મેળવેલ ગુણ અને તે પ્રશ્નના કુલ ગુણ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. શિક્ષકે તે પ્રશ્નમાં જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિમાં વધુ સઘન રીતે અધ્યાપન કાર્ય આપવાનું છે, તેવું અર્થઘટન થાય છે.

In the Student Report Card you have downloaded, the primary details of the student in which the name of the district-taluka-cluster-school UDISE CODE – CHILD UID- the name of the student will be seen.

In the middle part of the Student Report Card, under ACHIEVEMENT (S), the question mark in which the student has obtained more than 40% marks in that subject and the study result attached to that question and the marks obtained in that question and the total marks of that question are shown. The question that the same study conclusion is attached to more than one question is shown jointly in the column of question number.

The Student Report Card in the following section shows the REQUIRES REMEDIAL WORK in which the student has scored less than 40% marks in the subject, the question syllabus and the study results attached to that question and the marks obtained in that question and the total marks in that question. It is interpreted that the teacher has to give a more intensive teaching task in the study conclusion attached to that question.
