જીલ્લા પંચાયત / નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત ગુજરાત રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ માટે વર્ષ 2022 માટે મંજુર થયેલ જાહેર રજાઓની યાદી.
ગુજરાત રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં ભોગવવામાં આવતી જાહેર રજાઓ જે તે જીલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિ નક્કી કરતી હોય છે. આ જીલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિ જે તે જીલ્લાની સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ, લોકોની જીવન શૈલી, સ્થાનિક ઉજવાતા ઉત્સવો, મેળાવડાઓ, તહેવારો વગેરેને ધ્યાને લઇ જાહેર રાજાઓની યાદી તૈયાર કરતા હોય છે. જીલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ આ યાદી મુજબની જાહેર રજાઓ જે તે શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હસ્તક આવતી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓએ પાળવાની હોય છે. આ માટેની કેટલીક સામાન્ય શરતો નીચે મુજબ કહી શકાય.
The public holidays in the primary schools of the state of Gujarat are decided by the District Education Committee. The district education committee prepares a list of public kings taking into account the local situation of the district, lifestyle of the people, local festivals, gatherings, festivals etc. According to the list issued by the District Primary Education Committee, the public holidays which are to be observed by the primary schools coming under that Education Committee. Here are some common conditions for this.
- જાહેર રજા ઉપરાંત સને–૨૦૨૨ના વર્ષની ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીના સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના જાહેરનામાં ક્રમાંક ગસ/૨૦/૨૦૨૧/જસર/૧૦૨૦૨૧/૪૩૧/ઘ તા.૨૪/૧૧/૨૦૨૧ મુજબ કર્મચારી માટે જાહેર કરેલ મરજીયાત રજાઓમાંથી વર્ષ દરમિયાન કોઈ પણ ૨ (બે) મરજીયાત રજા પાંચ દિવસ અગાઉ શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રી પાસે મંજુર કરાવ્યા બાદ ભોગવી શકાય છે.
- જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ રજાઓ પૈકી મુસ્લીમ કર્મચારીશ્રીઓના કોઈપણ તહેવાર ખરેખર જે દિવસે ઉજવાય તે દિવસે આવા કર્મચારી–વિધાર્થીઓને મરજીયાત રજા આપી શકાય.
- ઉપરોકત જાહેર કરેલ રજાઓ ઉપરાંત ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રી તરફથી વર્ષ દરમિયાન આકસ્મિક રજાઓ જાહેર કરવામાં આવે તેવી રજાઓ તમામ શાળાએ પાડવાની રહે છે.
- ઉનાળુ વેકેશન તથા દિવાળી વેકેશનની તારીખ સરકારશ્રી તરફથી જાહેર થયે અલગથી જણાવવામાં આવતી હોય છે.
- દરેક શાળાના શિક્ષકોએ સી.એલ.રજા તથા મરજીયાત રજા ભોગવવા માટે શાળાના મહેકમને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી એક જ દિવસે ૧/૩ થી વધુ શિક્ષકોની રજા મંજુર કરી શકાય નહિ.
- Apart from public leave, any 2 (two) discretion during the year out of the compulsory leave announced for the employee as per Gus / 30/3031 / JASR / 103081/31 / D dated 9/11/2071 in the notification of General Administration Department of Gujarat Government for the year 206. The leave can be taken five days in advance after it has been approved by the school principal.
- Among the declared holidays, any festival of Muslim employees can be given voluntary leave to such employees-students on the day on which it is actually celebrated.
- In addition to the above declared holidays, all the schools have to provide the holidays which are declared as contingent holidays during the year by the Government of Gujarat.
- The dates of summer vacation and Diwali vacation are announced separately by the government.
